We had a neighborhood gathering in Middlebury attended by more than three dozen people, if you count children. It restarted a neighborhood tradition that died a quiet death several years ago. I’ve worked hard on building a distribution list and organizing the neighborhood, initially around the concept of energy efficiency, but there are plenty of issues and concerns moving forward.” |
